When Julia first started practicing yoga she was just looking for a workout. After having her son in 2022, yoga became so much more than exercise and the mat became her place of stillness, peace, and reflection. Julia completed her 200 hour teaching certification with Megan Mulrine of Yogatrotter Academy in 2023 and fell in love with learning about the philosophy of yoga that goes so much deeper than the poses. Julia’s teaching style involves creative and challenging vinyasa sequences that are accessible and fun for every body and every experience level. She now teaches at Niantic Yoga Studio as well as at Soul Sweat in Old Saybrook.
