Our community is important to us, so all classes on our regular daily class schedule are included in unlimited memberships and class passes. For special events and workshops, we offer our members 50% off.
However, we also sometimes host guest teachers and their communities at our studio, so the following classes are not included in studio memberships. Please sign up by contacting the teacher directly.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation and renders the same benefits as sitting meditation while giving the player a gentle dance-like workout. Tai Chi is a way of doing exercise, meditation, self-defense, and mental therapy in one dynamic and yet soothing program geared towards personal enlightenment.
