What is Slow Flow Yoga?

Our slow flow classes, including Flow Motion with Kris and Happy Hips Yoga with Lisa, combine movement with breath while focusing on the anatomy, alignment, and therapeutic effects of each pose. Expect to stay in poses for longer than your typical vinyasa class, and to receive personalized instruction from your teacher on how to adjust your pose to best suit your own needs. These classes are mindful movement with deep healing power, to learn more about your body and the asanas that are right for you. All of our slow flow classes are taught by trained yoga therapists with many years of experience working with bodies.
