A master of holding sacred space and calling in the ancestors, she has fed the hearts and souls of thousands since 1999. Mountain Flower is also a Karuna Reiki Master, 5x author, and 225-hour CYT in Forrest Yoga. A 15-minute integration call is included the following week to help you process your experience or ask any questions you have.

Mountain Flower goes to great lengths to create and hold a sacred space for you to have the highest vibrational experience possible. The sacred room is smudged before setting up, all the equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before entering our ceremonial space.
