This heart-led yoga and art class will be collaboratively taught by Justine and Kate, who are local artists and yogis. Both portions of this class will be taught from place of how the act of movement and creation feel, over how they look.
Kate and Justine are a light hearted friendship duo, who love to dabble in both art and yoga. This class will offer tools for both accessing presence as well as moving through sensations in the body. This fusion class will include 45 minutes of yoga and somatic movement and then 45 minutes of art creation. There is no experience required in art to participate in this class. We welcome all who desire to come and explore with us!
Please bring your journal, water, & anything you need to be cozy! All art materials supplied. (We also have yoga mats & props if needed.)
