Join Monica in a 2 hour heart-opening workshop to cultivate and spread love, compassion, and kindness to ourselves and others through movement and meditation. The workshop will open with breathwork, followed by a gentle, heart-opening vinyasa flow. Heart-opening meditations to follow including a guided meditation with reflective journaling, Metta Loving-Kindness, and closing with group chanting for world happiness, healing, and peace. All ages and levels welcome!
