In order to watch our dreams blossom, we must first plant the seeds, tending to and nourishing these intentions. Before the seeds are even planted, we must tend to the soil and clear out space for them to exist & grow.
We will be working with a sacred plant medicine, Cacao, the purest form of chocolate, to help guide us through this process. Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine, perfect for beginners. Cacao allows us to drop into our heart space, feel more, and deepen our connection with our body.
(If you don’t desire to work with cacao, please still come to participate in ceremony! Cacao is not the main focus, just a beautiful plant ally to aid in our process if you choose)
You will need:
☕️ A mug for cacao (cacao provided)
🪴 A small empty pot or additional mug to hold dirt (dirt provided)
📝 Journal & pen
🧘🏻♀️ Anything you need to feel comfy for 2hrs (We have yoga mats, blankets, bolsters & cushions, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own)
💧Water
🐚🪶Optional: Offering for the altar, or anything else that would like to come along with you to this space
Dress cozy & comfy! I always recommend layers so you can stay warm or cool down if needed.
