If you’ve ever felt a little off after holding space for a friend, loved one, or client, you’d be in good company. By nature, most people are kind, loving, and willing to assist someone in need. We go in to be of service with an open heart to help out of love or empathy. This openness can sometimes leave us energetically vulnerable.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to be a sounding board or an emotional support person without taking on the energy of the person you are helping.

It’s everyone’s birthright to live joyful, meaningful lives, so why not do so deliberately! Mountain Flower is also a Karuna Reiki Master, 5x author, and 225-hour CYT in Forrest Yoga; she has been serving the spiritual community since 1999.
