In this lighthearted practice, we will make a cozy spot to rest deeply with the support of breath and the satisfaction cycle: yield, push, reach, grasp, and pull. Then we will rise to meet one another and explore the benefits of muscular bonding through improvised movement and the practice of picking up influence and putting it down. We will end in a sonic meditation. When you head home you may feel buoyant, inspired, embodied, and connected to a sense of community and joy.
