Welcome to our 2024 Nicaragua Yoga Retreat at the Still Salty Escape. We’re so glad you’re here! Get ready for an immersive yoga experience to form connection through nature, community, and movement.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each day there will be a variety of yoga classes, workshops, and other activities to choose from. There will be one energizing power vinyasa class offered each morning, at least one workshop offered midday, and a restorative or yin yoga class offered each evening. You are welcome to attend as many or as few classes as you would like. Make it yours!
In addition to the yoga offerings, there are also a variety of additional activities and excursions to choose from to enhance your experience, like surf lessons, spa treatments, horseback riding, hiking, and wakesurfing.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Shared room accomodations, three healthy vegetarian meals a day, and all yoga classes and workshops are included in your investment.
ALL ROOMS ARE SHARED – we have both two person and four person rooms available that will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Upon booking, let us know if you have a room preference and if there is someone you would like to room with. All beds are singles. For couples, the single beds in the two person rooms can be made to one king size bed.
Your flight, transportation to the venue from the airport, and any additional excursions and activities are not included but can be booked either ahead of time or upon arrival at the retreat.
We have plenty of yoga mats and blocks available to use for free, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
ABOUT YOUR HOSTS
Your retreat hosts will be Holly Coppes, Julia Morrison, and Megan Mulrine with a few guest teachers as well! Our mission is to create an affordable and accessible space for people to experience the magic of an immersive yoga experience.
Julia teaches many styles of yoga, from hot power vinyasa to meditation and yin yoga. Julia’s teaching style involves creative sequencing with a focus on the union of the mind and body through the breath. Julia trained with Megan Mulrine of the Niantic Yoga Studio and continues to study yogic philosophy with her. Julia currently teaches at Niantic Yoga, Soul Sweat Yoga Studios, and Be Brave Yoga.
Holly teaches vinyasa, anywhere from a slow flow to a hot and spicy power class. Her classes are always different and always fun. She began her personal practice at the Yoga Shop before eventually becoming a yoga teacher, first at Luna Vinyasa and currently at Soul Sweat in Old Saybrook.
Megan teaches many styles of yoga and meditation, and spent 8 years living in Bali, Indonesia studying yoga philosophy in the Balinese Hindu tradition. Megan’s classes are supportive and accessible for all experience levels, and she loves weaving the stories of the gods into her vinyasa classes. Megan is the owner of Niantic Yoga Studio.
PRICING
Full investment is $1200, which can be broken up into three payments.
$500 deposit due at time of booking to reserve your spot.
$500 due July 1st.
$200 due September 1st.
