Come build or refine your foundation to vinyasa yoga in this afternoon workshop with Emily. This is a great place to begin for anyone new to yoga, and anyone wanting to check in for review and refinement. In this 2 hour session, we will use discussion and practice in order to provide you with an introduction to the foundational movements and poses including sun salutations, with variations and modifications to meet your individual needs. Emily has over 500 hours of training and more than 10 years of teaching experience with groups and individuals.
