Join Julia for a playful and peaceful afternoon of SUP Yoga on the calm waters of Smith Cove in Niantic! We’ll meet at Three Bells Marina and paddle out to a quiet cove for a grounding, nature-inspired yoga experience.

Before we head out, settle in with a refreshing mocktail and light conversation as guests arrive and we go over the basics of balancing on the board. Once on the water, we’ll begin with a nature meditation, designed to help you slow down, tune in to the sights and sounds around you, and connect deeply to both the natural world and your inner self. Then we’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow, with time to explore your practice in a fresh and playful way. We’ll finish with open time for free movement, partner poses, or just floating in stillness.

Afterward, enjoy light snacks and pastries back on land as we wrap up and reflect.

No experience needed in yoga or paddle boarding—all are welcome!

Each session includes:

• Paddle board and anchor rental
• Life jacket (must be strapped to the board, optional to wear)
• Nature meditation & 90-minute guided session
• Refreshing mocktail on arrival
• Post-class light snacks & pastries

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to sign your waiver and get your board.
