A Zoom link will be sent upon registration. Join us for this special bedtime restorative class, the last Sunday of each month. An all-levels class, this evening practice will take you directly out of the stress and chaos of your day, into a rest and restore state – both physically and mentally. Wind down, allow your body to let go, your brain to slow and simmer, and prepare for a deep healing slumber. We’ll use a few simple household props, like blankets or beach towels, yoga blocks if you have them, and chair to support the practice.
