Join Emily for a 4 week Newcomer’s Academy: Vinyasa Flow series to gain understanding, confidence, and a strong foundation for practicing vinyasa flow yoga.
The series will meet for 4 Thursdays in a row from 7-8pm. This workshop is designed to answer FAQs and your specific questions to help you safely and confidently start a vinyasa yoga practice.
Throughout the 4 week sessions, Emily will break down the philosophy, movements, shapes, and all other elements of the practice in a welcoming, small group format.

- Week one: what to expect and do when you enter a studio, basic philosophy, breath practice, basic foundational poses, and the art of relaxation
- Week two: connecting breath with movement and sun salutations
- Week three: adding variations to sun salutations and introduction to balancing and inversions
- Week four: putting it all together, including an introduction to meditation.
