About Mountain Flower
Mountain Flower is an Indigenous medicine woman, spiritual mentor, Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, six-time author, and founder of Intentional Instruments — where she crafts sacred drums, rattles, and smudge fans as vessels for ancestral wisdom and healing intention. She has been walking this path in service since 1999.
Her work is a bridge between worlds. Every ceremony, every teaching, every sacred object she creates is infused with a single unwavering intention: healing, connection, and the highest good.

Mountain Flower goes to great lengths to create and maintain a sacred space for you to have the highest-vibrational experience possible. The studio is smudged before setting up, all our equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before sitting in the ceremonial space. Please be respectful of the process and arrive early.***
