Our nervous system is constantly responding to the world around us — to stress, to connection, to our environment, and to each other.

In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore what it means to feel regulated, how and why we become dysregulated, and most importantly, how to gently guide ourselves back to a place of steadiness and presence.

Regulation isn’t about being calm all the time — it’s about building the capacity to move through different states and return to yourself with more ease.

Through guided practices and simple, accessible tools, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s signals and respond with support rather than overwhelm.

Together, we’ll explore:
• How the nervous system responds to stress, triggers, and external energy
• Early signs of dysregulation in the body
• Practical tools to support regulation in real time
• Breathwork, movement, and grounding techniques to return to center
• The role of awareness, presence, and self-connection

We’ll also gently explore how different parts of ourselves can come online in moments of stress, and how to meet those experiences with curiosity and care.

This workshop is designed to be supportive, grounding, and accessible — offering tools you can take with you into everyday life.
