WORKSHOP – Forest Bathing & Walking Meditation with Justine

Join Justine for a playful and peaceful walking meditation through the lush, awakening trails of Oswegatchie Hills Nature Preserve – where spring’s warmth and vibrant greenery invite us to slow down and soften!

We’ll adventure into the woods on a 3 mile hike, weaving moments of mindfulness, breath, and curiosity into our journey. Along the way, we’ll pause to really see and feel the forest — the tiny details we so often miss when rushing by. Think of it as nature’s invitation to slow down, tune in, and come back home to yourself and the Earth. You may leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded — with a deeper sense of connection to the world around and within you.

We’ll be traveling the Blue & Red Loops — marked as “moderate” on AllTrails (with hikers calling it more of an easy/moderate vibe). Expect packed dirt paths, some rocky sections, tree roots, and gentle ups and downs.

What to bring:

  • Comfy clothes you can move in

  • Sneakers or hiking shoes

  • Bug spray, water, and anything else that makes you feel good outdoors

Plan to arrive at the trailhead a little early — we’ll begin our journey promptly at 12pm!
