Cindy Cody

About

Cindy Cody has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 17. She studied and trained in the Boston area and moved to the Connecticut shoreline with her three children and husband back in 2006. Her preferred style is Vinyasa Flow, using breath with movement, and she has studied Kundalini, Iyengar, and Baptiste. She caters to all levels when teaching, yet she would describe her class as more of an active flow.
