April Showers bring May Flowers!
In order to watch our dreams blossom, we must first plant the seeds, tending to and nourishing these intentions. Before the seeds are even planted, we must tend to the soil and clear out space for them to be & grow.
We will be working with a sacred plant medicine, Cacao, the purest form of chocolate, to help guide us through this process. If you are new to Cacao, that is more than okay! Cacao is an amazing plant medicine for beginners. All are welcomed in this circle!
You will need:
• A small empty pot or mug to hold dirt (dirt provided)
• Journal & pen
• Anything you need to feel comfy for 2hrs (We have yoga mats, blankets, & cushions, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own too)
• Water
Optional: Offering for the altar, or anything else that would like to come along with you to this space.
Dress cozy & comfy! Layers are always recommended so you can stay warm or cool down if needed.
