Academy students attend the Beginners Basics class alongside other students for the first hour. The class is geared towards beginners.
After class, there is a 30-minute workshop for Academy students and skills-building session that includes Q+A time with your instructor.
Blanket Yoga (from the tradition of Svaroopa® Yoga) is not an athletic yoga, but rather a gentle, passive, restorative practice that has the power to enhance your life in every way. It may sound too good to be true, but through this practice many have discovered an easy way to increase strength and mobility, move through the day without frustration, strain or pain.
We have seen incredible progress in our students. Some practice once a week while others practice every day. The options are here for you to begin your healing journey.
October 13, 20, 27 and November 3 from 5:30 to 7:00pm. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to introduce yourself to the teacher and get settled in for class.
