Improv Acting Exploration | Go with the Flow!

Come play and explore!!! Let go and get ready to laugh ’til your cheeks hurt! Being in the flow state is something many of us practice daily. Whether it’s meditation, yoga, art, dance, music, or something else, we each find a way to practice being in the moment. Improv is a really fun way to do this! Allow your inner child to come play and be creative in a new way in this workshop. Participate in improv games to be present, take risks, make mistakes, trust yourself, be silly, and most importantly, have fun! There is no right or wrong, there is no judgment, there is simply play!
