Meet Kaitlyn Algar:

Kaitlyn, an Intuitive Moon Mentor, leads you to achieve the calm confidence needed to follow your intuition and call abundance into your life. Kaitlyn leads you to create the emotional resiliency needed to end self-sabotage and procrastination and become an energetic match to your desired income. The Moon can teach you about your own cycles of emotion, thought, and behavior. Once you’re aware of your cycles, you’re empowered to know how to work through them. Kaitlyn can help you heal through a process called Lunar Abundance.
Kaitlyn has worked in the health and wellness industry for 15 years. First as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She used to teach elderly clients, and her favorite class was aqua aerobics. She’s always connected herself and others to wellness through holistic health practices; some of her favorites being breath work and mindfulness practices. After her own spiritual awakening in 2017 she shifted her focus to help others develop a personal spiritual practice in order to heal mind, body, spirit. Working with the phases of the Moon can teach you to recognize your own cycles and patterns in life. Through heightened awareness you can consciously create positive change in your life, rewire your subconscious to work for your benefit, and trust your own intuition as a guide to your success in life.
